I've just triggered a rebuild on pkg-voip which will yield a version 0.7.1-2~$dist.2612+b1 where $dist is whatever you selected from the archive (pkg-voip.buildserver.net). Can you try with this version if that rebuild fixes your problem already? The packs should be available on the public webspace from about 16:20 on.
