I'm downgrading it because the kernel seems to be handling all of the unaligned problems itself without incident other than the warning messages, and the "PCI errors" on removing a USB device are hearsay without any specific indication of the severity. Unaligned accesses, if handled, are a performance issue only, so should not be RC. FWIW, the provided patch does look correct to me for the first issue.
