Package: gnome-menus Version: 2.16.1-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Upon upgrade to gnome-menus version 2.16 from 2.14, there are no contents in the default gnome menu. Trying to browse the appropriate Nautilus url applications:/// and applications-all-users:/// results in an error message. Editing the menu via Alacarte shows an empty menu. On the other hand, the SLED-based gnome-main-menu still has contents. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-t42p Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages gnome-menus depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-9 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.12.4-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgnome-menu2 2.16.1-1 an implementation of the freedeskt ii python 2.4.4-1 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-glade2 2.8.6-8 GTK+ bindings: Glade support ii python-gmenu 2.16.1-1 an implementation of the freedeskt gnome-menus recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- Paolo Alexis Falcone <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
