I've got the same problem. But only on one of my two etch systems. Both were up-to-date till this morning. But only my notebook is showing this problem. On my desktop-system everything works well. Yesterday the update works well on both systems.
I allready updated the apt package to version 0.6.46.3 from the ftp servers, but the segfault still exists. Is it possible that GnuPG is the problem?
