Maybe. The package dependencies state that apt shall remove the old
cdrecord before installing wodim. How does the state of your current
cdrecord look like? Do "dpkg -l cdrecord" please, don't reinstall it
yet. Then, try:
apt-get -o Debug::pkgProblemResolver=true -o Debug::pkgOrderList=true install
wodim
