I think you also need to make libapache-mod-acct-mysql depend on mysql-client (the equivalent to the postgresql-client changes you made on libapache-mod-acct-pgsql).... Currently libapache-mod-acct-mysql only recommends mysql-client. A suggestion on mysql-server would probably not hurt eigther.
