About Mono 1.2.1, it's a bit problematic with libraries that have a
growing API, and 1.1.18 and 1.2.1 probably have new methods/interfaces
etc, means the clilibs version needs to be bumped, but I will check
this. If there aren't any grown APIs, I will prepare to upload Mono
1.2.1 as soon as it releases, currently I am testing Mono 1.2 packages
and need some enhancements in dh_clideps. Else I will try to find all
arm and/or runtime commits and apply them to 1.1.18
