Then moving the cleanup based on wwwconfig-common utilities to the remove target seems the best thing to do. On the other hand, I am really really puzzled by the unconditional calls to deluser and delgroup in the postrm scripts. I'm not sure that they're really clean....but I'll leave this up to the maintainer.
