This is an XP/W2K3 problem. Vista doesn't use ntldr.

The most important is to verify that there is still a problem to be solved. 

If yes, then we'll add Vista NTFS detection and resizing refusal which 
should be taken into use asap. Afterwards we'll have time to investigate if 
the situation is solvable technically or legally.
