I had tomboy (v0.3xxx) running fine before I updated some packages
(I don't remember exactly which packages were updated) a couple days
ago. After that I updated tomboy to 0.4.1-2 and it didn't help.

You seem to be using at least 2 different versions of the core Mono
libraries which means your system is inconsistent.
Maybe you could try using the latest version 1.1.18
I updated all mono related libs to latest version (1.1.18) and now
tomboy works fine. Thanks.
But maybe you should change dependencies to latest mono libs?
That wouldn't prevent you installing a set of inconsistent
mono libraries.
