Package: gettext
Version: 0.15
Severity: serious

The new upstream version of gettext has improved checking of .po file
syntax, which unfortunately is causing a number of build failures in
unstable now. I'm filing this dummy bug to keep this version of gettext
from propagating to etch until we have a handle on the new build failures,
which will be marked as blocking this bug.

Thanks,

This has been resolved in all known to be affected packages except
gchangepass. I'm closing the gettext bug to make the migration of gettext
possible.

It's now the responsibility of gchangepass to solve it if it wants to keep
buildable.
