Package: python-central
Version: 0.5.5
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

>From packages.debian.org, I only see python-central 0.5.5, and debhelper
>5.0.37.3
in the testing release. But, when using apt, I get a conflict, because it is
trying to install 0.5.6, and doesn't have the new version of debhelper yet.

Presumably, either this package got released too early, debhelper too late, or
I am in some sort of temporary problem with stuff propagating.
