This is already in the BTS: #390926: libnss-ldap needs a versioned dependency on initscripts Basically, nothing happens with it since the maintainer refuses my solution (and thus the NMU adding the versioned dependency and fixing the upgrade logic), but doesn't seem to have time to clean it up himself.
