Hi; as co-maintainer of gnome-utils and maintainer of the gnome-dictionary component, I've removed the RFC 2229 text from the distribution in HEAD and in both stable and old-stable branches. The Debian maintainer of the gnome-utils package can repackage it from the CVS old stable branch (tag: 'gnome-2-14'). The new stable branch (tag: 'gnome-2-16') has been fixed as well, for when Debian will package GNOME 2.16.
