Bug#1144522: src:pyopenssl: fails to migrate to testing for too long

Unfortunately, python-cheroot is a key package (via samba, ceph and cherrypy) and the maintainer didn't act on its FTBFS #1142202 for a month. Fortunately, I've identified, backported and uploaded the fix for that earlier today, so pyopenssl and cryptography should migrate soon.
