I've tried reproducing the bug on i386 (I don't have access to amd64), but without success (that is, the build succeeded). I tried both with classpath 0.91 and 0.92, which is the only significant change I could spot between the bug submission and now.
Could the submitter or somebody else try again to reproduce this on amd64, and possibly i386 as well?
