I am.  lcdproc is a program for controlling hardware; s390 doesn't have
hardware.

It's not truly done until you also get the ftp team to remove the old s390
binaries from the archive.

I can't think of any reason a package would need to look at /etc/mtab at
build-time, though; it should /always/ be /etc/mtab, AFAIK.
