I have noticed that, although Iceweasel is mentioned in this thread (as a rename possibility), and Debian Firefox maintainers are well aware of the existance of an external project to maintain a DFSG-clean Firefox derivative, there isn't any explicit mention about it.
I also noticed that the Iceweasel maintainers are concerned with awareness of their effort within the Debian community (or so say in their mailing list).
