We want to avoid situations where someone's merge request gets merged but then sits there forgotten without actually being uploaded to the archive. For the d/changelog, you have two options depending on your long-term intent: - NMU: If you don't plan on joining the team formally for this package. - Team Upload: Since I've invited you to the Salsa group, you can use this chance if you intend to stay.
