Version 4.8 of scalable-cyrfonts-tex, which is still in testing, doesn't comply with the Debian TeX Policy (for a start, the updmap.cfg snippet file doesn't have the magic comment), which "might cause all kinds of updmap breakage, and deserves a RC bug" (Frank Küster in bug #391348). A quick review of version 4.10 indicates that version 4.10 in unstable should be fine, though. Therefore, this bug is a simple reminder to make sure the version in testing doesn't make it into etch. -- Florent
