Since mplayer-skin-blue was removed from testing this is no longer
blocking mplayer migration to testing, so there is no rush on my side.

Still mplayer-skin-blue has no use and is no longer installable in sid;
if mplayer-gui is ported to gtk3 (not sure it will happen and when)
it will probably work without extra skins, like mplayer-gui (gtk2)
already does in recent versions; also there is no guarantee that gtk2
skins will work with a gtk3 version of mplayer-gui.
Overall I don't think there are enough reason to keep this package in
unstable.

Best,
Lorenzo
