This was identified as a bug in LyX. It will be fixed in the next release (few weeks) or if you are in rush you can cherry-pick the fix for RC2: https://codeberg.org/LyX-org/lyx/commit/59f6f06900cd73d073aee55a346ca51144c05a33 @Tobias: 1) I made one change in salsa to reduce deps as boost is not needed anymore. 2) We could close #975678 if you can check, that imagemagick does not ban conversion from eps/pdf files; I do not have access to new debian install ATM to check myself. (we could also move libtiff-tools to suggested again, but it does not harm much to leave it as is.) Pavel
