I would like to help you get this packaged inside Debian. Using obs
might be convenient. However, if you want me to sponsor your work I'd
recommend to work on a repository on salsa.debian.org.

Interestingly I even found some repository there[1] (owner Debora in
CC). I would suggest the following procedure

   1. I create
         https://salsa.debian.org/debian/ibmtss/
and make Debora and you (please let me know your
Salsa login) owners of this repository

   2. You might cooperate to package the latest version

   3. I check the packaging and upload the package to
      new.

   4. Once the package is accepted in Debian unstable we can
      remove tss2.

What do you think?

Kind regards
    Andreas.
