^^^ This always happen to me. If i create a new file, i write two, three
letters,
press ENTER key and cpu-system goes 100%. If i try to open a file,
openoffice.org hangs.
The <snip> always appear.

Yes, there seems ample evidence that this bug is not really related to
ICU. I'm going to go ahead and close this ICU bug. Thanks.
