I think we might not be looking at the same tests. tests of wasmedge/0.14.1+dfsg-3.2 succeed on amd64 and arm64 (i.e. with llvm-defaults/0.63 from testing) tests of wasmedge/0.14.1+dfsg-3.2 together with llvm-defaults/0.69 from unstable fail on amd64 and arm64
