This error is actually common to all architectures and is not specific
to i386 and riscv64. Therefore removing the corresponding porters from
the loop and deferring the fix to the maintainer.

It fails because on most architectures, python3-msgpack in testing
doesn't ship the python library, due to #1122009 (see also #1122832).
i386 and riscv64 are not affected, and are actually less broken than
other architectures.
