As this autopkgtest failure blocks testing migration for
network-manager, I'm marking it with RC severity. If you consider this
an issue in network-manager, please let me know
The most relevant change between 1.54.1 and 1.54.2 is probably

"core: rename NM_STATE_ASLEEP to NM_STATE_DISABLED"
I would assume this is the commit that trips up the python-dbusmock
testsuite.
