I have taken care of this for buildstream by moving buildstream from Unstable to Experimental and filing a bug to request that buildstream be removed from Unstable. We want buildstream in Debian, but more work is needed to package the latest version of buildstream, so this allows us to get out of the way of the fuse2 removals. python-fuse3 has 2 remaining reverse dependencies: ecflow and nibabel.
