The upstream changelog for 1.2.2 mentions support for CMake 4: https://github.com/nanomsg/nanomsg/releases/tag/1.2.2 https://github.com/nanomsg/nanomsg/commit/eb24489839de : cmake: support CMake 4.0 and up So it seems uploading version 1.2.2 is the best way to fix this bug.
