Because the changelog of version 5.15.0-1 is no descendant of 5.14.1-2 (which was marked as fixed), the BTS infers that 5.15.0-1 introduces this bug again. The package built successfully, so that doesn't appear to be true. Marking this bug as fixed by 5.15.0-1 to remove the migration blocker.
