We are working on https://wiki.debian.org/ToolChain/IEEELongDouble
llvm-toolchain-19 and llvm-toolchain-21 are already prepared for that,
these just need a successful upload, which now requires either
bootstrapping with gcc-14, or fixing the C23 issues.
