For the record.

To reproduce this problem with 0.0.54:

1. find a package with no bug registered in the BTS.
2. apt-get install /this package with no bugs/
3. see the error happen.

I added a special-casing now. Sorry for the inconvenience.


 After upgrading from 0.0.53 to 0.0.54 I get the following message:
