There's another route Debian could take, since updating rlcone might be a chore. Ubuntu applied those patches downstream (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rclone/+bug/2076021). Maybe it would be easy to steal that debdiff. This isn't just a Deja Dup thing, this is an "anyone using Rclone to talk to OneDrive" thing, so patching rclone would be nice, absent a more complete version upgrade.
