openmpi 5.0.8-3 readjusted the pmix configuration to allow openmpi to run
without the external pmix 6 library.
It looks like some small pmix detail got missed. Running mpiexec gets a
warning about missing pmix (and prte) help files

It's only a warning, but the problem is that it's sent to stderr.
This means that debci (autopkgtest) tests fail if they're not
configuring to ignore stderr.
