Package: liferea
Version: 1.15.8-2+b1
Severity: grave
This happens both with 1.15.8-2+b1 and 1.16~rc3-2, so I think that it is
related to upgrading something else (and my last reboot was on June 23).
When I start liferea it just hangs and needs to be killed with -9.
This is the output with --debug-all. I also tried renaming the plugins
directories but it did not help.

That explains the issue though. The upgrade to python3-gi 3.52.x
breaks many
applications using GObjectIntrospection. I believe downgrading it
would restore Liferea.
Confirmed, thank you for the help!
Let's close this then, right?
