The crate librust-uuid-dev is impossible to install: It depends on
librust-zeroconf-dev and librust-rand-dev, and the latter transitively
depends on an older librust-zeroconf-dev which is unavailable for
concurrent install.
I'll take a look; likely uuid needs it rand dependency temporarily
disabled, uploaded, then once ahash is built is can be re-enabled.
I'll try that route.
