The Debian GNOME team intends to upload gimp 3 RC1 to Unstable soon,
for inclusion in the next major stable release of Debian, Debian 13
Trixie. The sane-frontends gimp plugin is not currently compatible with gimp 3.
Currently, sane-frontends is not in Debian Testing because gimp was
removed from Testing.
To fix both these issues, please stop building the gimp plugin.
I began work on trying to do this but I ran into some autotools build issues.
