While there is a PR upstream [1] to change from pcre3 to pcre2, it
hasn't been merged in a long time.
In the meantime, I've submitted MR !7 on salsa to temporarily skip
building the program (nimgrep) that requires pcre3 at runtime.
Also to allow nim to build, there is a patch to skip a lot of `git
clone` calls happening during build.
