The code are building without the -DTIMER flag, this flag switch in include or not the libs that define the functions that report the -Wdeprecated-declarations error: 43 │ #ifdef TIMER 44 │ #include <sys/time.h> 45 │ #include <unistd.h> 46 │ #endif So, if we build with this flag, work good [1].
