Hi Bastian, Thanks for this!
Strangely, this version doesn't build on several architectures that 4.15.5-1 did, as there is now a build-dependency (perhaps recursive) on architecture-is-64-bit. Probably worth doing a debdiff between 4.15.5-1 and 4.16.0+really4.15.5-1 to see what the difference is (and that will be needed for the unblock anyway). Best wishes, Julian On Sun, May 25, 2025 at 06:21:02PM +0000, Debian Bug Tracking System wrote: > This is an automatic notification regarding your Bug report > which was filed against the src:magics++ package: > > #1105809: src:magics++: fails to migrate to testing for too long > > It has been closed by Debian FTP Masters <ftpmas...@ftp-master.debian.org> > (reply to Bastian Germann <b...@debian.org>). > > Their explanation is attached below along with your original report. > If this explanation is unsatisfactory and you have not received a > better one in a separate message then please contact Debian FTP Masters > <ftpmas...@ftp-master.debian.org> (reply to Bastian Germann > <b...@debian.org>) by > replying to this email. > > > -- > 1105809: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1105809 > Debian Bug Tracking System > Contact ow...@bugs.debian.org with problems > Date: Sun, 25 May 2025 18:19:35 +0000 > From: Debian FTP Masters <ftpmas...@ftp-master.debian.org> > Subject: Bug#1105809: fixed in magics++ 4.16.0+really4.15.5-1 > To: 1105809-cl...@bugs.debian.org > > Source: magics++ > Source-Version: 4.16.0+really4.15.5-1 > Done: Bastian Germann <b...@debian.org> > > We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of > magics++, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive. > > A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is > attached. > > Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed.
