Source: restic-rest-server
Version: 0.13.0-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
X-Debbugs-Cc: ereb...@erebion.eu

Dear Maintainer,

the file name of the binary that gets installed is incorrect.

The Debian name differs from upstream. While upstream calls the software simply "rest-server", Debian calls it "restic-rest-server", which makes sense.

The systemd unit contains this:

ExecStart=/usr/bin/restic-rest-server --path $BACKUP_DIR --listen $LISTEN $ARGS

However, the package installs the binary with this name currently:

/usr/bin/rest-server

Please rename the binary that gets installed to fix the package for the upcoming Trixie release.

Cheers,

erebion
