I'm the new Onionbalance upstream maintainer[1], and I've been trying to
contact the Debian maintainer privately since February.

Onionbalance 0.2.4 was released[2], but trixie still has 0.2.2 and now it's
marked for autoremoval.

I have successfully updated the Debian package procedure[3], which is
also also tested and linted through CI[4] using sid.

So I believe Onionbalance 0.2.4 fixes this issue and is ready to be uploaded in
Debian, hopefully in time for the trixie release.

I'm also available to help fixing any issues affecting Debian, preventing
Onionbalance from removal.

Given the severity of this issue, we're planning to do a NMU from April 30
onwards if the current maintainer cannot upload or don't reply before this
date.
