I saw that, but it's not a regression. It looks like it never worked
(and was never tested before that package update)

The release team considers failing autopkgtest on amd64 and arm64 as RC issues, that's why we also block new failing tests from migrating. I can overrule this now as it solves other issues but it means that ruby-shoulda-context gains an RC problem.
