persepolis fails to build with dh-python 6.20250414 which is now in
Unstable. See the similar https://bugs.debian.org/1103630
It appears like this failure is rare in Debian. These 2 are the only
packages that I have noticed to be affected.
To fix this issue, I suggest changing the install_mode line from the
end of persepolis/meson.build to 'rwxr-xr-x'
