This is not a problem of ruby-selenium-webdriver. In fact, the
ruby-chromedriver-helper README points out that gem "selenium-webdriver"
needs to be loaded before gem "chromedriver-helper". Patch attached.

Thanks for the patch, but this package can just be removed (it was an unused build dependency in rails, which I just dropped and removed moreinfo tag from the rm bug). But since I also tried to fix this, I might just fix this as well (but this will eventually be removed anyway)
