Fix was confirmed on ppc64 (BE, not ppc64le) and is merged on upstream master (backport PR for upstream stable/10.3 is pending.)
https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/commit/0ede1a830285c3fa3a8424fa69486a217c1e05ce.patch could be picked up for debian/patches. Alternatively the fix will be in next tagged stable version (10.3.1) upstream. -equi
