Bug#1081879: Fixing dh-rust is probably the way

I've submitted a bug against dh-rust to suggest the revert of the 
mentioned commit:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1102785
I believe that's the right way to fix this issue.
