Bug#1102289: src:pcp modifies debian/control during the build

I just noticed that I totally forgot to mention the relevant change. The original d/control has:

Build-Depends: systemd, systemd-dev | libsystemd-dev

Which is missing after running fixcontrol and thus missing from the .buildinfo file.
