severity 1100782 important
thanks

Hi Balint,

not everyone uses rtorrent via tty. XMLRPC is also possible. This issue is
at best important severity, i.e. doesn't warrent rtorrent's removal from
testing.

Lowering accordingly.

Hope you can find a fix for the issue.
