In the draft, the wording of the GPL-2 license reference is GPL-3+ now.
Also, you have removed the OpenSSL exception.
I have attached a refined version of the copyright file that fixes this.
This also adds a install-sh stanza (MIT-licensed), which is an issue that I
have not mentioned before.
